2 No illegal or harmful activity
- Do not use AsthronAI for fraud, scams, harassment, threats, impersonation, or illegal services.
- Do not mislead visitors about your identity, service, pricing, professional qualifications, or expected outcomes.
- Do not configure assistant behavior that encourages unsafe, unlawful, discriminatory, or harmful conduct.
3 No spam, scraping, or platform abuse
You must not send spam, generate fake leads, overload the widget, abuse webhooks, scrape data, bypass quotas, attack the system, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with other customers.
4 No misleading AI use
AsthronAI may use automated assistance. You must not configure the assistant to pretend to be a licensed professional, guarantee outcomes, hide material limitations, or make claims that your business cannot support.
5 Sensitive data
Avoid collecting highly sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis, proper notice, appropriate visitor consent where required, and safeguards suitable for the data type. AsthronAI should not be used for high-risk decisions without qualified human review.
6 Messaging channels
If you use WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email, SMS, or other outreach channels with AsthronAI, you are responsible for following consent rules, opt-out rules, templates, rate limits, and the platform policies of those channels.
7 Enforcement
AsthronAI may investigate suspected misuse and may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or material policy violations.
