1 How to request deletion
To request deletion, email support@asthronai.com with the subject
line "Data Deletion Request". We may ask for additional information to verify your identity, confirm account
ownership, or identify the correct workspace, website, conversation, lead, booking, or integration record.
2 What to include
Please include as much of the following information as applies:
- Your name and email address used with AsthronAI.
- The company, client workspace, website, or account involved.
- The type of data you want deleted, such as account profile, lead, booking, conversation, integration, or campaign data.
- For Meta-related requests, the connected WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Page, Instagram account, or channel name if known.
- Whether you are the account owner, client staff member, website visitor, lead, or reviewer making the request.
3 What can be deleted
Depending on the request and account role, AsthronAI may delete or anonymize account records, staff access,
visitor submissions, lead details, booking notes, conversation records, uploaded workspace data, integration
credentials, webhook events, and related operational records.
4 Meta Platform Data
If you connected Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp Business features to AsthronAI, deletion requests
may include Meta Platform Data such as business asset identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number
IDs, Page or Instagram identifiers, channel connection records, access tokens, webhook events, and message
records processed through the connected workspace.
AsthronAI does not sell Meta Platform Data. When a valid deletion request is confirmed, we will remove or
disable the relevant channel connection and delete or anonymize associated records where required and technically
feasible, subject to the retention limits described below.
5 Client workspace and visitor data
If you submitted information through a business website using AsthronAI, that business may be the controller of
the relevant visitor, lead, booking, or conversation data. You should contact that business first when possible.
AsthronAI can still help route or evaluate a request when the data is stored in the AsthronAI platform.
6 Timing
We aim to review deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify and
locate the data. Complex workspace, backup, billing, dispute, or legal requests may take longer.
7 Retention exceptions
Some data may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, audit logs, billing and tax records,
legal compliance, dispute resolution, service backups, abuse prevention, or to protect AsthronAI, users, clients,
and the public. Backup copies may be deleted on normal backup rotation schedules.
