AsthronAI uses selected third-party providers to operate, secure, and deliver the platform. This page explains the main provider categories that may process data for AsthronAI.

1 Main provider categories

The list below describes provider categories currently used or expected for AsthronAI operations. Specific vendor names should be reviewed before public launch and updated when production vendors change.

Provider / Category Purpose Data involved
OpenAI / AI API provider AI replies, lead summaries, qualification prompts, and assistant behavior. Visitor messages, assistant context, workspace instructions, and related metadata.
Stripe Checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment events, coupons, and billing records. Billing identifiers, customer records, subscription metadata, and payment-event metadata.
Google Calendar Booking availability and event creation when a user connects Google Calendar. Calendar availability, booking event details, OAuth tokens, and sync metadata.
Hosting / VPS provider Server hosting, storage, database operations, application delivery, and availability. Application data hosted on infrastructure and technical logs needed to run the service.
Email provider Transactional emails, staff invites, notifications, booking messages, and support messages. Recipient emails, message content, delivery metadata, and related account identifiers.
Meta / WhatsApp / Messenger / Instagram Future messaging integrations if enabled by AsthronAI or a customer workspace. Messages, profile or channel identifiers, delivery events, and integration metadata.
Customer-configured webhooks Send leads, bookings, or conversation events to destinations selected by customers. Payloads selected or configured by the customer, such as lead, booking, or chat data.

2 How providers are selected

AsthronAI selects providers based on business need, service reliability, security posture, data-handling fit, integration quality, and whether the provider supports the platform function being delivered.

3 Customer-configured destinations

Customers are responsible for third-party destinations they configure, including their own webhook endpoints, CRMs, email inboxes, spreadsheets, messaging channels, or automation tools. Customers should only connect destinations they trust and have authority to use.

4 Updates and contact

AsthronAI may update this page when providers are added, removed, renamed, or materially changed. Questions can be sent to support@asthronai.com.
