Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using AsthronAI, including AI-assisted conversations, website widgets, leads, bookings, human handoff, client/staff access, subscriptions, usage controls, and integrations.

1 Agreement

By accessing or using AsthronAI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related policies available in the AsthronAI Legal Center. If you use AsthronAI on behalf of a company, agency, client, or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2 Service scope

AsthronAI provides AI-assisted website chat, lead capture, qualification, booking requests, conversation history, human handoff, notifications, role-based access, usage visibility, billing tools, and multi-workspace management. Features may change, improve, be limited by plan, or depend on third-party services.

3 Accounts, roles, and access

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, assigning appropriate roles, reviewing staff access, and ensuring that only authorized users access client, visitor, lead, booking, billing, or conversation data.

4 Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, website, pricing, service, contact, booking, and qualification information.
  • Review assistant scripts, AI behavior, disclaimers, lead routing, handoff rules, and booking availability before launch.
  • Obtain any required consents from visitors, customers, staff, or clients before processing their information through AsthronAI.
  • Comply with applicable laws, platform rules, privacy obligations, advertising standards, and messaging-channel policies.

5 AI output and professional advice

AsthronAI uses AI to help respond to visitors, qualify leads, summarize conversations, and support operational workflows. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for certain use cases. AsthronAI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, compliance, or other professional advice.

6 Human handoff and conversation handling

Authorized client users may watch or join conversations where the platform supports it. When a human joins, AI public replies may be paused so the team can handle the chat. Clients are responsible for the accuracy, tone, timing, and compliance of human replies sent through their workspace.

7 Agency and client workspace use

Agencies may use AsthronAI to manage multiple client workspaces, allocate usage, provide trials, and deliver AI lead capture as a service. Agencies are responsible for their client relationships, service claims, onboarding, pricing, permissions, and any promises made outside AsthronAI.

8 Billing, subscriptions, and usage

Paid plans, subscriptions, launch offers, coupons, upgrades, downgrades, invoices, taxes, and cancellations are governed by the plan or commercial agreement shown at checkout or agreed with AsthronAI. We may suspend, limit, or downgrade service for non-payment, misuse, chargebacks, or material violations.

9 Third-party integrations

AsthronAI may integrate with services such as Stripe, Google Calendar, OpenAI or other AI providers, email providers, webhooks, hosting providers, and future Meta messaging channels. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, rate limits, rejected messages, billing rules, or integration behavior outside our reasonable control.

10 Acceptable use

You must not use AsthronAI to:

  • Break laws, impersonate others, mislead visitors, generate fake leads, or send spam.
  • Collect highly sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
  • Abuse the platform, bypass limits, scrape data, attack systems, or interfere with other customers.
  • Use AI outputs for high-risk decisions without human review and any required legal or professional safeguards.

11 Availability, suspension, and liability

AsthronAI is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific revenue outcomes, perfect AI accuracy, or compatibility with every website or third-party provider. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsthronAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
