Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of AsthronAI, including website assistant deployment, lead capture and qualification, internal booking functionality, billing features, and supported third-party integrations.

1. Service Scope

AsthronAI provides software tools for AI-assisted website conversations, lead capture, qualification, booking workflows, workspace management, usage reporting, and related operational features. Features may evolve over time, and some features may require configuration, a supported plan, or third-party accounts.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business, contact, and content information used to configure the assistant.
  • Use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and administrative access.
  • Review assistant messaging, qualification flows, booking rules, and connected destinations for accuracy.

3. Lead, Conversation, and Booking Data

Clients are responsible for the content, routing logic, and follow-up processes they configure in AsthronAI. AsthronAI provides the infrastructure that stores, displays, and processes conversation, lead, and booking records for the relevant client workspace.

4. Third-Party Integrations

AsthronAI may support third-party services such as Google Calendar, billing providers, email infrastructure, and client-defined webhook destinations. Availability of those integrations depends on third-party services remaining available and correctly configured. AsthronAI is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or interruptions caused by third-party providers.

5. Google Calendar Sync

When a client team member authorizes Google Calendar, AsthronAI may create or update calendar events for confirmed bookings and read busy-time information to avoid scheduling conflicts. Clients are responsible for ensuring that connected staff understand and approve that calendar sync behavior.

6. Billing and Plan Usage

Paid access, usage quotas, booking capacity, and related limits are governed by the applicable AsthronAI plan, billing arrangement, or commercial agreement. AsthronAI may suspend or restrict service for non-payment, abuse, or material policy violations.

7. No Legal or Professional Advice

AsthronAI is a software platform. It does not provide legal, tax, compliance, or professional advisory services, and assistant-generated outputs should not be treated as professional advice unless independently reviewed by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsthronAI is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, specific revenue outcomes, or suitability for every use case. AsthronAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
